Abstract

Résumé L’assistance au sol est l’ensemble d'opérations permettant le traitement des avions, des passagers, de leurs bagages, et du fret effectuées au sol. L’objectif recherché à travers ce projet est la mise en place d’une filiale d’assistance au sol pour la compagnie Tassili Airlines. Commençant notre étude par les exigences réglementaires à respecter et les processus à suivre pour créer une filiale agrée. Et terminant par la détermination de moyens humains et matériels, de coût d’investissement et le plan prévisionnel de la mise en place.

Abstract Ground handling is the set of operations allowing the treatment of aircraft, passengers, their luggage, and cargo carried out on the ground. The objective sought through this project is the setting up of a subsidiary of ground handling for the company Tassili Airlines. Beginning our study by the regulatory requirements to be respected and the processes to follow to create an approved subsidiary. And ending with the determination of human and material resources, investment cost and the forecasting plan of the implementation
