LA COMPOSITION AVEC L’ENVIRONNEMENT NATUREL : AMÉNAGEMENT D’UN ENSEMBLE RÉSIDENTIEL ET CONCEPTION D’UN CENTRE DE PHYTOTHÉRAPIE A CHENOUA - TIPAZA -

Abstract

Our project consists of the development of a residential complex and the design of a phytotherapy center in Chenoua Tipaza. To do this, we followed three essential phases based on the orientations of the program of Architecture of Habitat and environment option: the 1st phase focuses on the search for the formulation of the project idea which is explored in through two essential benchmarks that are the context and the theme, the second phase is the materialization of the idea of the project and finally its realization.

Our project is part of the theme "Architecture and environment". It is about creating an architectural production that meets the criteria of this specific mode in its various aspects, to seek an original form characterizing the project and its context and to restore the link between man and nature, between the building and the site, which results in a harmonious relationship between man and his environment, a relationship which consists in controlling the impacts of construction on the external environment and to create a feeling of well-being in space.

In conclusion, our project comes to affirm that the formal characteristics of the envelope of a project help to strengthen the harmonious relationship between a building and its environment which contributes to improving the image of the city.
