Abstract

Résumé La conduite sécurisée d'un vol en général et particulièrement en phase d'atterrissage et de décollage, est bien régie par des exigences de la réglementation internationale sur les minima opérationnels. Notre travail consiste a élabore d'un processus réglementée a suivre par un exploitant pour obtenir l'agrément pour effectue des opérations de faible visibilité en toute sécurité avec la méthode de calcule des minima opérationnels approprié a ses opérations.
