Étude de création d’une compagnie aérienne Lom-Cost Algérienne « Lom-Algeria »

Abstract

Résumé Dans ce mémoire intitulé « Création d'une compagnie aérienne à bas cout », nous avons exposé la situation du transport aérien en Algérie, les caractéristiques des compagnies à bas coût, le coté réglementaire et juridique du transport aérien en Algérie (comment procéder à la création d'une compagnie), le principe de fonctionnement et la stratégie de notre compagnie à Bas prix y compris le calcul de rentabilité d'un vol et fixation du billet Alger-Paris CDG sur un Boeing 737-800, et à la fin des estimations sur le transport aérien et l'avenir des compagnies Low-Cost dans le monde. Au vue de la situation du transport aérien en Algérie, il faut d'abord libéraliser le transport aérien avant de lancer un projet de création d'une compagnie.

Abstract In this work intituled <<Creation of company low cost >> we showed the thie situation of air transport in Algeria, characteristics of Low Cost company, judiciary decree of air transport in Algeria (how to proceed about creation of this company), functioned and strategies of this company low cost, calculate the rent ability of the fly and fixation of ticket Alger-Paris CDG in Boeing 737-800, in the end estimations for air transport and low cost company future in the world. In Algeria, we must liberalise the air transport before any project of creation of air Transport Company.

ملخص و في هذه المذكرة المعنونة تحت إنشاء شركة للنقل الجوي المدني بأقل تكلفة " تطرقنا إلى وضعية النقل الجوي المدني في الجزائر" خصائص النقل الجوي بأقل تكلفة إضافة إلى الجانب القانوني للنقل الجوي في الجزائر، الخطوات المتبعة الإنشاء شركة جوية (مبدأ العمل و الإستراتجية المتبعة في عمل شركتنا) يتضمن حساب مردود رحلة جوية و إقرار ثمن تذكرة خط الجزائر باريس مطار شارل ديغول) ذهاب عودة وذلك باستعمال طائرة من طراز بوينغ 800-737 و في النهاية توقعات حول النقل الجوي المدني و مستقبل شركات النقل الجوي المدني بأقل تكلفة في العالم . و بالنظر إلى واقع النقل الجوي المدني في الجزائر ، يجب أولا تحرير هذا النوع من النقل قبل الانطلاق في إنشاء شركة جوية .
