Étude et proposition d’un plan de libéralisation du transport aérien en Algérie

Abstract

Résumé : Nous avons que le monde du transport aérien évolue d'une manière très rapide grâce à la concurrence et les politiques d'open sky; et que l'Algérie devra s'inscrire dans cette évolution C'est dans ce contexte que nous allons déterminer dans ce modeste travail un plan de libéralisation du transport aérien en Algérie. L'objectif donc est d'étudier la politique de libéralisation du transport aérien et ces impacts à travers le monde, afin de s'inspirer de l'expérience américaine et européenne pour proposer une stratégie de libéralisation du transport aérien algérien. Abstract : We know all that the world of the aerian transport evolves of a manner very rapid; thanks to the concurrence and policies of open sky, and that Algeria will have to register in this evolution In this context, we come to determine in this modest work a plan of liberalization of the aerial transport in Algeria. The objective then is to study this phenomenon and those impacts through the world, in order to inspire of the American and European experience to develop the aerial Algerian transport and to give back him accessible and to the wear of everybody. تلخيص نعلم جميعا أن عالم النقل الجوي يتطور بسرعة كبيرة بفضل المنافسة و سياسات السماء المفتوح , وأنه على الجزائر ان تسجل نفسها ضمن مته التطورات وفي هذا السياق سنقوم في هذا العمل المتواضع بتحديد خطة أو منهجية تتبعها الجزائر من أجل فتح مجالها الجوي الهدف من هو دراسة هذه الظاهرة و وما خلفته من نتائج على الصعيد العالمي من أجل الاستلهام من التجارب الأوروبية و الأمريكية على وجه الخصوص, حتى يتسنى لنا ترقية و تطوير النقل الجوي في الجزائر وجعله في متناول الجميع
