La Ré-sectorisation de la fir d’Alger basée sue les prévisions du trafic

Abstract

Résumé D'après l'analyse et les prévisions du trafic aérien de ces dernières années en FIR Algérie, on a constaté que l'espace aérien Algérien devient de plus en plus saturé. Afin de ne pas confronté aux problèmes posées par la densification du trafic, l'Algérie a mis en place tout les moyens nécessaires pour améliorer la capacité de l'espace aérien: Systèmes de traitement, radars, ADS/C, moyens de télécommunication VHF, HF, CPDLC et a adopté des nouveaux concepts recommandé par l'OACI tel que le la RNAV, la RNP et le RVSM. Sans oublier le Projet PDGEA qui vise a amélioré la disponibilité de ces moyens (Moyen CNS communication, navigation et surveillance) sur la totalité de la FIR, et la création du CCR Tamanrasset. Et afin de mieux concrétiser cet investissement, une sectorisation de l'espace aérien ainsi qu'une amélioration des zones d'approches s'est avérée nécessaire dans le but d'assurer un niveau élevé de sécurité des aéronefs et une meilleure flexibilité de cet espace. Mon mémoire décrit l'actuelle situation de l'espace aérien Algérien, l'évolution du trafic aérien en FIR Alger, les modifications portées sur les approches et enfin la nouvelle sectorisation de l'espace aérien.

Summary According to analyses and forecasts of the air traffic of these last years in FIR Algeria, we noticed that thc Algerian air space becomes more and more saturated. To not confronted with the problems put by the densification of the traffic, Algeria set up everything the necessary means to improve the capacity of the air space: systems of treatment, radars, ADS / C, average of telecommunication VHF, HF, CPDLC and adopted new concepts recommended by the ICAO such as the RNAV, the RNP and the RVSM. Without forgetting the PDGEA project which aims improved the availability of these means (Average CNS communication, navigation and surveillance) on the totality of the FIR, and the creation of the CCR Tamanrasset. And to concretize better this investment, a division into sectors of the air space as well as an improvement of the zones of approaches turned out necessary with the aim of assuring a high level of safety of aircrafts and a better flexibility of this space. My report describes the current situation of the Algerian air space, the evolution of the air traffic in FIR Algiers, the modifications were concerned the approaches and finally the new division into sectors of the air space.

تلخيص عن طريق التحاليل و التنبؤات الأخيرة. لاحظنا أن المجال الجوي الجزائري أصبح أكثر ازدحاما لأجل تحسين منا وضعت الجزائر كل الوسائل اللازمة لتطوير قدرة المجال الجوي المراقبة بالرادار, و المراقبة الأوتوماتيكية و كدا وسائل الاتصال الجديدة, دون نسيان مخطط تطوير و تسيير المجال الجوي الجزائري الذي يطمح إلى تحسين وفرة هذه الوسائل على مجمل المنطقة و إنشاء مركز مراقبة في تمنراست. لأجل تحقيق هذا الاستثمار, أصبح من الضروري انجاز تقطيع جديد بهدف ضمان مستوى عالي من الحماية للطائرات و تحسين الحركات الجوية مذكرتنا تشرح المجال الجوي الجزائري في الوقت الراهن التغييرات المجرات أخيرا إعادة تقطيع المجال الجوي الجزائري
