Étude de la capacité du secteur NORD-EST au CCR d’Alger

Abstract

Résumé La gestion d'un espace aérien est parmi les activités les plus complexes dans le domaine aéronautique, en plus des contraintes liées aux moyens et équipements utilisés pour assurer cette gestion, l'intervention des êtres humains (pilotes, contrôleurs) fait que la performance dans la fourniture des services et l'exécution des instructions ne sont pas linéaires Notre étude porte sur l'estimation d'une capacité relative au secteur Nord/Est, du fait de sa complexité et du nombre de trafic qui opère (routes croisées et trafic dense), ce dans le but d'aider le contrôleur aérien à mieux gérer son trafic.

Abstract The management of airspace is among the most complex activities that can be found in the aviation field, in addition to the constraints of resources and equipment used to ensure this management, the intervention of human beings (pilots, controllers) improve that performance in the provision of services and the execution of the instructions are not lincar Our study focuses on the estimation of capacity on the North / East sector, because of its complexity and the number of traffic operating (cross-roads and heavy traffic), with the aim of helping to improve the air traffic controller manage its traffic.

ملخص تسيير المجال الجوي هو من بين الأنشطة الأكثر تعقيدا في مجال الطيران بالإضافة إلى القيود المفروضة على الوسائل والمعدات المستخدمة لضمان هذا التسيير، نجد أن التدخل البشري (طيارين و مراقبين جويين) يجعل الإمكانية في تقديم الخدمات، وتنفيذ التعليمات ليست متكافئة دراستنا تركز على تقييم قدرة القطاع شمال شرق نظرا لتعقيده و حركة المرور التي يسيرها ( طرق متقاطعة وحركة مرور كثيفة)، بهدف مساعدة المراقب الجوي على تسيير الحركة الجوية كما ينبغي
