Résumé: Blockchain technology has received great attention recently for enhancing data security in decentralized applications. It enables data to be exchanged between different contracting partiesthat act anonymously within a network and serves as a promising alternative to the currentorganizational and technical infrastructure. Blockchain transactions are administered by smartcontracts, software programs that are executed automatically as soon as a given condition is met. They offer the possibility of creating a new form of agreement between parties without the needfor intermediaries. In this thesis, we have studied Blockchain technology and decentralized applications. . Then, weaddressed our host organization “ETB/IFEG” needs and problematic that mainly represent theabsence of a concrete solution to store and data files. To answer this problematic, we proposeda decentralized application as a solution based on Blockchain technology, decentralized storageand data file encryption. We implemented a Blockchain Smart Contract, developed adecentralized application and established an encryption for data files. Through this process, we have concretized the security and data transfer in our decentralizedapplication using the cryptography and immutability provided by Blockchain technology. Keywords: Blockchain, Decentralized Application, Smart Contract, Data Security, p2p.
