Élaboration d’un outil d’aide à la sectorisation de l’espace aérien Algérien

Abstract

Résumé Nous étudions ici le problème de sectorisation de l'espace aérien Algérien. Chaque secteur de cet espace est géré par des contrôleurs chargés du suivi des vols dans leur secteur, de la détection et la résolution de conflits potentiels entre des avions, et enfin de la coordination du passage d'un avion d'un secteur à l'autre. Ces tâches induisent des charges de travail qu'il s'agit d'équilibrer harmonieusement entre les secteurs. Quand un espace est sectorisé, certaines contraintes spécifiques au contrôle du trafic aérien, dont des contraintes géométriques, doivent être prises en compte. Ce mémoire décrit le problème de sectorisation de l'espace aérien, les méthodes utilisées, l'organisation actuelle de l'espace aérien Algerien et enfin l'outil proposé d'aide à la scctorisation et la nouvelle sectorisation proposé.

Abstract We study the Algerian airspace sectorization problem, cach sector being managed by a team of controllers. The controllers are responsible for the monitoring of flights in their sector, the detection and the resolution of potential conflicts between the aircrafts, and finally for the coordination of passage of an aircraft from one sector to another. These tasks induce workloads which have to be balanced between the sectors. When an airspace is sectorized, some specific constraints of the Air Traflic Control, including geometrical constraints, must be taken into account. This study describes the airspace sectorization problem, used methods, the present organization of the Algerians air space, and finally the proposed tool helping for sectorization and the new sectorization proposed.
