Conception d’un moteur prototype de laboratoire et création d’un circuit de lubrification

Abstract

Résumé Ce mémoire est une étude d'un moteur GILKES GT-117. Et notre travail se devise en deux parties essentielles, la première c'est la description du moteur et ses éléments accompagné par des dessins techniques. La 2ème partie est une étude des circuits de lubrification et on a proposé un circuit de lubrification pour ce moteur avec réalisation d'une maquette au niveau de l'atelier.

Summary This memory is a survey of a motor GILKES GT-117. And our work himself motto in two essential parts, the first it is the description of the motor and his/her/its elements accompanied by the technical drawings. The 2nd part is a survey of lubrication circuits and one proposed a circuit of lubrication at the level for this motor with realization of a model of the shop.

ملخص هذه الرسالة هي دراسة قمنا بها خلال السنة لمحرك من محركات الورشة وهو المحرك 117-GILKES GT و ينقسم عملنا إلى شطرين أولا التعريف بالمحرك و الأجزاء المكونة له مع تقديم رسومات تقنية لبعض قطع المحرك و الشطر الثاني درسنا فيه دارات التبريد ( دارات الزيت ) و قدمنا فيه دارة تبريد نموذجية للمحرك مع إنجاز لوحة لهذه لدارة في الورشة.
