Evaluation de la cicatrisation post-extrationnelle apres utilisation d'un hémostatique chez les patients soumis aux anticoagulants

Abstract

Introduction : La réalisation d'extractions dentaires nécessite le respect d'un certain nombre de règles inhérentes à toute pratique chirurgicale. Les conditions d'installation, la connaissance du matériel et des instruments ainsi que leur utilisation rationnelle sont des éléments qui déterminent une bonne pratique opératoire. La survenue d'une complication post extractionnelle infectieuse peut s'avérer redoutable en cas de gestion inadaptée l’utilisation du surgicel est fréquente chez les patients qui présentent un risque hémorragique, Le Surgicel est l'un des matériaux biodégradables les plus couramment utilisés pour faciliter L’hémostase et contrôler les saignements. Le matériau provoque l'hémostase par un Mécanisme physique plutôt que par une réaction chimique, c'est-à-dire en comprimant les vaisseaux saignants plutôt que d'influencer les facteurs de coagulation en soi. Le but de cette étude est d’évaluer l’incidence des alvéolitepost extractionnelles chez les patients sous anticoagulants ,après mise en place au niveau du site d’extraction du surgicel . Introduction: performing dental extractions requires compliance with a number of rules inherent to any surgical practice. The installation conditions, knowledge of the equipment and instruments as well as their rational use are elements which determine good operating practice. The occurrence of an infectious post-extraction complication can be daunting in the event of inappropriate management. the use of surgicel is common in patients at risk of bleeding, Surgicel is one of the most commonly used biodegradable materials to facilitate Hemostasis and controlling bleeding. The material causes hemostasis by a physical mechanism rather than by a chemical reaction, i.e. by compressing the bleeding vessels rather than influencing coagulation factors per se. The aim of this study is to evaluate the incidence of post-extraction alveolitis in patients on anticoagulants, after placement at the extraction site of surgicel.
