Complications per et post opératoires en chirurgie buccale

Abstract

En chirurgie buccale, l'acte opératoire peut être déroulé dans des bonnes conditions pour le patient et pour le praticien, comme il peut être sujettes à des suites opératoires difficiles, parfois même sévère qui peuvent compliquer le processus de cicatrisation. Ces complications per et postopératoires sont le plus souvent d’ordre infectieux, hémorragiques ou encore nerveuses. Par ailleurs d’autres complications cette fois d’ordre technique peuvent également survenir lors de l’intervention. Une bonne connaissance anatomiques et des meilleures conditions de travail ainsi qu’une bonne information du patient permettraient de diminuer le risque d’apparition de ces complications. Ce travail a donc pour objectif d'évaluer les complications per- et post opératoires et de préciser la conduite thérapeutique et les séquelles possible. In oral surgery, the surgical procedure can be carried out in good conditions for the patient and for the practitioner, as it may be subject to difficult, sometimes even severe, surgical procedures which may complicate the healing process. These per and postoperative complications are mostly infectious, hemorrhagic or even nervous. In addition, other complications of a technical nature may also occur during surgery. A good anatomical knowledge and better working conditions as well as good information of the patient would reduce the risk of the appearance of these complications. The objective of this work is to evaluate the per- and post-operative complications and to specify the therapeutic behavior and possible squeals.
