Les manifestations buccales des hémopathies et leurs prise en charge

Abstract

La cavité buccale, microsystème de l’organisme peut être à l’origine de grandes perturbations sur l’organisme macro-système. En effet, un grand nombre d’affections de la muqueuse buccale ou des dents peuvent avoir des conséquences sur l’état de santé générale du atteint. Inversement, de nombreuses maladies générales comme les hémopathies peuvent présenter des manifestations oro-faciales parfois prodromiques avant le diagnostic de la maladie. Le rôle du chirurgien dentiste est donc ici capital puisqu’il peut contribuer au diagnostic précoce, et améliorer ainsi le pronostic de la maladie. L’objectif de notre travail était de : - Savoir reconnaitre des manifestations buccales des hémopathies. - De les prendre en charge. - De mener sans risques, une remise en état de la cavité buccale chez ces patients.Abstract : The oral cavity, micro system of the organism can cause great disturbances on the organism, macro system. Indeed, a considerable number of the oral mucosa or teeth disorders may have consequences on the general state of health of the patient. Inversely, many general diseases such as homeopathies may present oro-facial manifestations and sometimes prodromal ones before the diagnosis of the disease. The role of the dental surgeon in crucial since he can contribute to early diagnosis and thus improve the prognosis of the disease. The objective of our work was to: - Recognize the oral manifestations of homeopathies; - Treat them; - Carry out without any risk a restoration of the oral cavity found in these patients.
