LA POCHE PARODONTALE

Abstract

On définie la poche parodontale comme étant un approfondissement pathologique du sillon gingivo dentaire et aussi comme une lésion représentant un signe pathognomonique des parodontites. Elle est caractérisée par une migration de A.E en direction apicale. La seule méthode qui permet de mettre en évidence une poche parodontale est l'exploration a la sonde graduée pour son étendue et sa localisation. Les poches parodontales sont provoquées par des irritants locaux : micro organismes et leurs produits : Le biofilm .11 existe plusieurs formes cliniques de poches et l'objectif de leur traitement est de provoquer une réattache entre la gencive et la dent ou les racines exposées, il faut bien sur supprimer le biofilm principal agent causal. Abstract : he periodontal pocket is defined as a disease deepening of the gingival sulcus and also as a representative lesion pathognomonic of parodontites. It is characterized by AE migration towards apicale. The only method to highlight a periodontal pocket is exploring a graduated probe to its extent and localisation .the periodontal pockets are caused by local irritants : micro organisms and their products : the biofiim .there are several clinical forms of pockets and the goal of treatment is to cause reattachment between the gum and the tooth or exposed roots , it is necessary to remove the biofiim main causal agent.
