La Radiologie En Endodontie

Abstract

La radiographie, de la prise du cliché jusqu’à son interprétation, fait partie intégrante du traitement endodontique. Elle seule, permet de détecter et de suivre l’évolution d’une pathologie même en l’absence de signes cliniques. Sur elle repose l’appréciation d’une endodontie de qualité en fonction de critère clairement établis. les différentes techniques: conventionnelles et numériques , bidimensionnelles et tridimensionnelles, fournissent des informations indispensable et jouent un rôle très important dans le diagnostique, le traitement, le suivis et le contrôle de la guérison . Mais les performances offertes par les techniques sans cesse en évolution ne doivent pas affranchir le praticien d’un interrogatoire poussé, d’un examen clinique performant ainsi que de connaissances dans de nombreux domaines en permanence réactualisées. Dans ce mémoire nous avons essayer d'objectiver les différentes techniques radiographiques principalement utilisées en endodontie. Abstract: Radiography, from film-taking until it's interpretation, makes an integral part of endodontic treatment. By its own only, it helps to detect and to follow the evolution of a pathology even with absence of any clinical signs. On it, rests the appreciation of a quality endodontics according to criteria clearly established. The different techniques: conventional and digital, two dimensional and three dimensional; Provides essential information and plays a major role in the diagnosis, the treatment and monitoring and controlling the healing process. But the performance offered by the constantly evolving techniques must not absolve the practitioner from fulfilling a detailed interrogation, an effective clinical examination as well as updating knowledge and being constantly informed in many areas. In this thesis, we have tried to recite the different techniques mainly used in endodontics.
