The aim of this study provided to calculate the power flow in electrical networks. This calculation provides the active and reactive power transited in each branch, the voltage of each busbar and its angle. Iterative methods were proposed (GaussSeidel, Newton-Raphson, Fast decoupling and DC power flow), and these were applied to test distribution networks (9 buses, 14 buses, 30 buses and 57 buses) using MATLAB algorithms and a MATPOWER support file. Finally, comparisons between the final results of the methods in terms of computation time and number of iterations are discussed. Keywords: Distribution network, power flow, Gauss-Seidel method, NewtonRaphson method, Fast Decouple method, DC power flow method.fr_FR
