Abstract:	The aim of this final-year project is to carry out a technico-economic comparison of photovoltaic power generation systems between fixed and mobile solar panel systems, using pv-syst sizing tools and S7-300 PLC control of mobile panels, using Tia Portal software (siemens) in an area of Ouled Djellal rich in solar resources, in order to produce 5KW of power. All this is based on the number of panels, batteries, quarry area, installation cost and yield.
