Abstract: The objective of this project is to use voice recognition technology to automate the main actions of parking agents. The system we propose recognizes in real-time the commands pronounced by the control agent and performs the following tasks: (i) opening and closing of the main barrier, (ii) automatic light control in the parking area, and (iii) activation and deactivation of alarms in the event of theft. The methodology adopted in this project is based on two main phases: (i) detection of hand claps based on an impulsive sound identification technique, and (ii) recognition of voice commands using Google's Application Programming Interface (API). The software was designed using the Python language. Arduino was used to execute the commands. The results obtained are promising.
