dc.description.abstractThis report was developed as part of the last year of the Master in Automatics Industrial and IT. This internship is carried out at the Société de Ciments de la Mitidja (SCMI). The first part of this work consists of an introduction to cement plants and in the cement manufacturing process. Next, we introduce the kiln feed workshop, because our work is based on this part. We have developed a model of this part, studied the regulation of this workshop, and proposed a new control strategy PID based on fuzzy logic. Finally, we do all the programming steps with PCS7 software and Fuzzy Control++ through the CFC language and the CEMAT library Followed by a supervision using the WINCC software.fr_FR
