This thesis aims to optimize the formulation of a propolis-based dietary supplement that is 100% organic. The objective is to develop an effective and completely natural formulation. The first step of the study involves a comprehensive characterization of raw propolis to assess its properties. Two formulations were developed by varying the proportions of raw propolis and adding excipients such as buckthorn, rice starch, sorbitol, and maltodextrin. The resulting mixtures were studied to evaluate their compatibility and stability. The biological activities of raw propolis and the final formulations were evaluated, including antioxidant, antiinflammatory, and antimicrobial activities. The results showed promising effects, demonstrating the potential of raw propolis as an active ingredient in the dietary supplement. Pharmacotechnical analyses were conducted on the tablets of the final formulation, including dissolution tests to assess the release of active ingredients. The results confirmed the quality and performance of the formulated tablets.fr_FR
