Abstract: The nano-composite iron–silicon oxide shows excellent properties compared toconventional materials with the same concentration due to the impact of the crystallinesize. This work aims to study the changes in the electromagnetic and magnetic behavior of nanocomposite iron–silicon during the elaboration process. The approach adopted in thisstudy implies using non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques by magnetic methods tofollow the evolution of its structure, residual stresses, defects, magnetic changes and electromagnetic behavior during the elaboration process. Also, to find a relationshipbetween the structural and the NDT techniques.
