Automatisation de la gestion de trafic aérien en Algérie

Abstract

Résumé D'après les dernières analyses les prévisions du trafic aérien. On constate qu'il y'a une saturation dans l'espace aérien a cause de la progression de la densité de trafic, ce qu'impose des conséquences dangereuses sur la sureté et la sécurité de transport aérien civile en Algérie. Pour cela l'Algérie a disposé tous les moyens pour développée la capacité de son espace aérien pour d'assurer la sécurité de vole civil. Pour atteindre cette objectif on a développé le système de contrôle radar et changé le système de communications en suivant une stratégie qui permet de bien gérer le trafic on introduisant l'automatisation pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des aéronefs et le bon déroulements des vols. Notre étude explique le mécanisme de cette automatisation et ses influences sur l'espace.

Summary According to the last air trafic analyses and previsions, we have fined that there is saturation in Algerian air space, because of trafic over density that saturation revile a dangerous consequences to the civil air carriage security and safety for avoided this problems Algeria have employed all necessaries means to unproved the capacity of the air space and adopted a new concept; for example, it actualise the RADAR control and restoration of the communication system, without forget the new development design to the trafic management to realize a automatic trafic control for the best level of security and flexibility of air space. Our project describes the automatics mechanisms and here reflexes to the Algerian space.

ملخص عن طريق التحاليل و التنبؤات الأخيرة " لاحظنا أن التداول الجوي في زيادة مستمرة. حيث أصبح المجال الجوي الجزائري أكثر ازدحاما و هذا ما قد يسبب خطرا على امن و سلامة النقل الجوي المدني. لأجل ذلك وضعت الجزائر كل الوسائل اللازمة لتطوير قدرة المجال الجوي من أجل الحفاظ على امن و سلامة النقل الجوي المدني أولا و من أجل تحقيق هذا الاستثمار كان لا بد من تحديث نظام المراقبة بالرادار و تجديد وسائل الاتصال. حيث قامت بمخطط تطوير و تسيير المجال الجوي الجزائري الذي يطمح إلى تحسين وفرة هته الوسائل على مجمل المنطقة و ذلك بتأسيس آلية للمراقبة الأوتوماتيكية بهدف ضمان مستوى عالي من الحماية للطائرات تحسين الحركات الجوية. مذكرتنا تشرح هذه الآلية و انعكاساتها على المجال الجوي الجزائري في الوقت الراهن.
