This work aims to study one of the axes of application of energy efficiency in the building, in This case the integration of renewable energies in the building. As the building is considered to be a major energy consumer, researchers in these fields are working to find solutions to reduce energy consumption, especially in the building's heating and air conditioning modes. The use of solar energy is one of the priority areas of research in Algeria, which has a large solar deposit. In this context, our building diagnostic study and proposal of solutions to reduce energy consumption for the library located in Blida center intervenes. The study was carried out using the PLIEADE+ COMFIE software. This has, in fact, enabled dynamic thermal simulation to study the thermal behavior of the library and deduce the heating and air conditioning needs, taking into account all the parameters influencing this calculation: building architecture, outdoor climate and the parameter building occupancy. The results obtained summarize the thermal behavior of all areas of the library. At the end of this work, insulation from the outside of the walls and roof with 10cm of extruded polystyrene, new ventilation, and replacement of the north facade with double glazing with different scenarios of concealment.fr_FR
