Abstract

Résumé Le transport aérien est le mode le plus sur de voyage jusqu'à maintenant, cependant les désastres ne cessent pas de se produitre ce qui a obligé les personnes impliquées dans ce domaine de penser à renforcer et améliorer leurs systèmes de sécurité pour atteindre les principaux objectifs de l'OACI, d'assurer la croissance sure et ordonnée de l'aviation civile internationale dans le monde entier. Abstract The air transport is the means more sure on voyage until now, however the disasters do not cease occurrring what obliged the people implied in this field to think of reinforcing and of improving their systems of safety to achieve the principal goals of the ICAO to ensure the sure growth and ordinate of the international civil aviation in the whole world. ملخص ان النقل الجوي من الوسائل الاكثر امانا في وقتنا الحاضر لكن ذلك لا يمنع حصول بعض الكوارث من وقت لآخر مما يستدعى الوقوف عند الاشخاص المتورطين حتى يتم اخذها بعين الاعتبار للتفكير بها وكذلك تحصين و تحسين انظمة الامن حتى نصل الى اهداف المنظمة العالمية للنقل المدني للتحقيق النمو اللاكيد و المستمر في الطيران المدني العالمي و في العالم اجمع
