Motorisation d’un ULM

Abstract

Résumé L'objectif principal du travail présenté dans ce mémoire est de concevoir une hélice tripale et un réducteur de vitesse approprié avec leurs fixations respectives, tous les deux adaptés à notre aéronef (ULM) dans des conditions de performances adéquates. En utilisant plusieurs paramètres tels que le diamètre de l'hélice, le vrillage des pales, angle de calage, nombre de tour du moteur, vitesse max, puissance du moteur, le diamètre des poulies. De cela, on obtient assez d'informations et de données pour élaborer les principaux paramètres de calculs qui nous permettrons de procéder à une réalisation parfaite.

Abstract The principal objective of work to present in this memory is to design a propeller three- bladed and a speed-reduction gear suitable with their respective fixings, both adapted to our aircraft (ULM) under conditions of adequate performences. By using several parameters such as the diameter of the propeller, the twist of the blades, angle of chock, numbers of turn of the engine, maximum speed, engine output, the diameter of the pulleys. Of one concealed obtains enough information and data to work out the principal parameters of calculations which we will allow to proceed to a perfect realization. المخلص الهدف الرئيسي لهذا العمل المعروضة في هذه الورقة هو تصميم ثلاثة المروحة و مناسبة السرعات . مع المرفقة لكل منهما، على حد سواء تكييفها لدينا طائرات (أولم) في ظروف مناسبة للأداء باستخدام عدة معايير مثل قطر الحلزون والبرم وشفرات ، شفرة زاوية، عدد اللفات للمحرك ، والسرعة القصوى ، قوة المحرك ، وقطره من البكرات. من هذا نحصل على ما يكفي من المعلومات والبيانات لوضع المعايير الأساسية للحسابات التي تسمح لنا لإجراء تحقيق الكمال.
