Les antioxydants en pharmacie

Abstract

 Les antioxydants sont des espèces chimiques naturelles ou synthétiques qui protègent les cellules du phénomène du stress oxydatif et de l’effet des radicaux libres cette dernière est la cause des plusieurs pathologies.  Les antioxydants sont regroupés en deux types : antioxydants endogènes et antioxydants exogènes .  Les antioxydants endogènes sont subdivisés en deux systèmes enzymatique et non enzymatique . Les antioxydants exogènes qu’on les trouve dans l’alimentation et les compléments alimentaires bien évidemment les vitamines (C, E et A ) qui jouent un rôle primordial dans la lutte contre les radicaux libres ainsi les polyphénols , caroténoïdes et les oligoéléments . ABSTRACT :  Antioxidants are natural or synthetic chemical species that protect cells from the phenomenon of oxidative stress and the effect of free radicals, the latter being the cause of many pathologies .  Antioxidants are grouped into two types: endogenous antioxidants and exogenous antioxidants. .  Endogenous antioxidants are subdivided into two systems enzymatic and no enzyatic system Exogenous antioxidants found in food and dietary supplements: vitamins ( C, E and A) play a vital role in the fight against free radicals, as do polyphenols, carotenoids and oligoelements.
