Etude comparative entre deux procédés de fabrication industrielle de solutions injectables; cas de "Diclofenac" et "Piroxicam".

Abstract

Le thème de notre mémoire a porté sur une étude comparative des procédés de fabrication industrielle de deux anti-inflammatoire sous forme de solution injectable produits par la filiale ANTIBIOTICAL de SAIDAL (Médéa) :il s'agit de piroxicam et diclofenac sodique commercialisés respectivement sous le nom de PRIXAM® (20mg/m1) sol inj et CLOFENAL® (75mg/3m1) sol inj . Les différences observées dans la fabrication, résident essentiellement dans la méthode de stérilisation choisie pour chacune des deux solutions injectables. Le PRIXAM® a fait l'objet d'une stérilisation par la chaleur humide à l'autoclave alors que le CLOFENAL® a subit une filtration stérilisante afin d'éviter la dégradation de cette molécule très sensible à l'élévation de température. Abstract The theme of our memory focus on a comparative study of industrial manufacturing processes of two anti-inflammatory form of an injectable solution produced by the subsidiary ANTIBIOTICAL of SAIDAL (Medea) : It is piroxicam and diclofenac sodium sold respectively under the name of PRIXAM® (20mg/m1) injection and injection CLOFENAL® (75mg/3ml). The differences observed in manufacturing, mainly reside in the sterilization method chosen for each of the two injectables. The PRIXAM® was the subject of a moist heat sterilization in an autoclave while CLOFENAL® has undergone a sterilizing filtration to prevent the degradation of this molecule which is very sensitive to the temperature rise.
