Gestion des flux du trafic aérien en FIR Alger –Cas de la TMA

Abstract

Résumé Le but de ce travail est d’apporter des solutions stratégiques compte tenu de la gestion du trafic au niveau de notre FIR afin d’aider en premier les contrôleurs en salle et au niveau des aérodromes. Il est donc demandé en premier de revoir l’aspect organisationnel et les méthodes de travail, éventuellement la réglementation appliquée et en tirer les manques s’il y en a et par la suite proposer des solutions. En second, identifier les demandes des flux dominants : ceci nécessitera un développement informatique compte tenu des valeurs de références à trouver pour réaliser à quel moment dirons-nous qu’un flux devient dominant ou gênant. Trouver des solutions stratégiques, les appliquer sur ces flux et voir l’impact de l’application de ces solutions sur ces flux.

Abstract The purpose of this work is to bring strategic solutions considering the management of the traffic at the level of our FIR to help in the first one the controllers in room and at the level of aerodromes and companies to plan better their flights. It is thus asked in the first one to see again the organizational aspect and the methods of work, possibly the applied regulations and to pull the lacks if there is and afterward to propose solutions. In the second, identify to ask for them the dominant flows: this will require an Informatics development considering the reference values to be found to realize at which moment let us shall say to ourselves that a flow becomes dominant or annoying. Find strategic solutions, apply them to these flows and see the impact of the application of these solutions on these flows.
