Élaboration un nouveau schéma de procédure au niveau de l’aérodrome de Bechar

Abstract

Résumé Ce mémoire se porte sur l’élaboration d’un nouveau schéma de circulation aérienne pour l’aérodrome de Béchar ; structuré principalement sur une nouvelle attente point fixe au sud-ouest du terrain ; ainsi que procédure d’approche VOR/DME pour le seuil 18 . Cette étude a été établi afin de répondre aux besoins opérationnels des usagers de l’espace aérien dans le but de remédier aux contraintes causées par le schéma de circulation aérienne ,existant et en comblant ces lacunes.

Abstract This thesis focuses on the elaboration of new air space design for Béchar aerodrome ; it mainly structured on a new hold in the southwestern of the terrain, and a new VOR /DME approach procedure for theshold 18. This has been established to respond to operational needs of airspace users, resolving the constraints caused by the actual air space design through filling it gaps.

ملخص هذه المذكرة تركز على وضع مخطط جديد لحركة سير الجوي لمطار بشار ، و القائم اساسا على دائرة انتظار نقطة ثابتة في جنوب –غرب الموقع . ولهذا الغرض قمنا بتصميم طرق الاقتراب الآلية للمسار 18 . لقد انجز نا هذا المشروع تلبية لحاجيات مستعملي الفضاء الجوي ،و للتمكن من علاج و تغطية النقائص الناتجة عن استعمال مخطط حركة السير الجوي الموجود حاليا
