Étude et conception d’une application pour calculer la change de contrôle

Abstract

Résumé Le Contrôleur Aérien peut rencontrer des situations délicates qui dépassent les capacités de son cerveau pour gérer l’espace aérien. Ce qui induit de prendre des mesures archaïques. Cette charge peut se diviser en trois classes : surveillance, conflit et coordination, jusqu’à ce moment, il n’y a pas de décision sérieuse pour automatiser la gestion de l’espace aérien .les recherches et les travaux réalisé pour cela et surtout après la grève des contrôleurs aux USA. L’automatisation pour la gestion de l’espace aérien fait appel à trois grands axes :  La Sectorisation Dynamique ;  La Congestion de l’espace aérien.  la Résolution de conflit ; Pour démontrer l’importance de ces dernières, il faut étudier la charge de travail chez le contrôleur à un instant (t )selon trois paramètres : - Conflit. - Surveillance . - Coordination.
