Proposition d’une mise en oeuvre du CNS/ATM en Algérie

Abstract

Résumé Au début des années 80, COACI (Organisation de l'Aviation Civile Internationale) reconnu les limitations de la navigation aérienne de l'époque et admit qu'il fallait améliorer les systèmes pour pouvoir aborder le 21ème siècle et gérer l'augmentation régulière du trafic aérien. Pour cela l'Algérie a fait face a ce développement en réalisant des études dans ce domaine, dont, l'étude de mise en æuvre du concept CNS/ATM en collaboration avec le groupe Northrop Grumman L'objet de notre thèse est de faire une étude comparative et quantitative pour l'Etablissement National de la Navigation Aérienne concernant la gestion de l'espace aérien.

Abstract At the beginning of the Eighties, the ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) recognized the limitations of the aerial navigation of the time and admitted that it was necessary to improve the systems to be able to approach the 21st century and to manage the regular increase in the air traffic. For that Algeria faced has this development by making studies in this field, of which, the study of implementation of concept (NS/ATM in collaboration with the group Northrop Grumman The object of our thesis is to make a comparative and quantitative study for the National Establishment of the Aerial navigation concerning the management of the airspace.
