dc.description.abstractThis project is interested to study the optimal power spectrum allocation technic (OPSA) in SISO and MIMO systems. We are interested especially to Rayleigh channel and indoor UWB channel, both are in frequency selectivity. The objective is to profit of knowledge of the channel to achieve the optimal spectrum allocation by using the water filing algorithm in order to maximize the capacity.
