| Abstract: | In the present work, a study and sizing of a stand-alonephotovoltaic water pumping system (PVPS) has been carried out. The mentioned (PVPS) consists of a direct coupling submersible DC pump Grundfos (0.9 kW), poweredby (2x6) Isofoton (110/24) PV modules. Three main objectives are considered in this thesis, the first part deals with the dimensioning steps to determine the PV generator peak power and design, the second part investigates a new mathematical model for an optimal PV array energy output exploitation, while the third part includes discussion of various MPPT algorithms and control methods, where a proposed design using Adaptative NeuroFuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) and Fuzzy Logic Control (FLC) has been studied. The recorded results following the characterization tests of the different system parts and through Matlab simulation averred that the system is optimallyoptimized in size |
