Restructuration de l’espace aérien Algérien

Abstract

Abstract The system of air traffic control (ATC) must be adaptable to the temporary variations more or less, permanent of the volume and the composition of circulation. Our study went on the organization of the Algerian airspace, the analysis and the forecast of the traffic as well as the problems of the current sectorization. It is provided that excessive loads will reproduce and be rather durable, it proves to be necessary to carry out a reorganization. One can thus divide the airspace into sector inside which the services of the air traffic (ATS) are assured. Our goal is to arrive at an optimal level of safety higher, capacity, dynamic Danagement of the sectors and to decrease the workload of the controllers. For that it necessary to take into account the criteria of reorganization as well as new technical means. Two FIR are has to apply in Algeria (FIR of Algiers and FIR of Tamanrasset).

Résumé Le système de contrôle de la circulation aérienne (ATC) doit être adaptable aux variations temporaires plus ou moins, permanentes du volume et de la composition de la circulatios. Notre étude s'est portée sur l'organisation de l'espace aérien Algérien, l'analyse et la prévision du trafic ainsi que les problemes de la sectorisation actuelle. On prévoit que des charges excessives se reproduiront et seront assez durables, il 'avére necessaire de procéder à une restructuration. On peut donc divisur l'espace aérien en secteur à l'intérieur desquels les services de la circulation aérienne (ATS) sont assurés Notre but est d'arriver à un niveau de sécurité plus élevé, capacité optimal, gestion dynamique des secteurs et de diminuer la charge de travail des contrôleurs. Pour cela il nécessaire de prendre en compte les critères de restructuration ainsi que des nouveaux moyens techniques. Deux FIR sont à appliquer en l'Algérie (FIR d'Alger et FIR de Tamanrasset)

الخلاصة أن جهاز الحركة الجوية يجب أن يكون متكيفا مع التغيرات المؤقتة و أكثر أو أقل تكيفا مع الدائمة سواء من حيث الحجم أو تكوين الحركة الجوبه من دراستنا هذه تمحورت حول تركيبة المجال الجوي، كما أهتمت بتحويل الحركة الجوية ورصد تنبؤاتها ومشاكل التقطيع الجوي الحالي. نتوقع أن الحركة الجوية ستزداد.. ولهذا اعادة الهيكلة المجال الجوي أضحى من الضروربات أذا نستطيع تقسيم المجال الجوي إلي مقاطع أين يمكننا توفير مصالح الحركة الجوية. أن الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو الوصول إلى مستوى أعلى من الأمن، تسير ديناميكي للمقاطع والتقليل من ضغوط العمل على المراقبين الجويين لهذا يرى من الضروري الأخذ بعين الاعتبار مواصفات إعادة الهيكلة في الوسائل التقنية الجدية . أن التقسيم الجديد سيحتوي مجالين جويين (مجال الشمال الجزائري، مجال الصحراء).
