Élaboration d’un audit interne ( Axée sur les aspects techniques opérationnels)

Abstract

Résumé : Dans cette thèse dont le titre est intitulé, élaboration d'un audit interne axé sur les aspects techniques opérationnels, on a élaborer un questionnaire de contrôle qui touche deux normes le FLIGHT et le DISPATCH qu'on a choisis, puis on l'a appliquer a tout les services DISPATCH d' AIR ALGERIE pour savoir le niveau de conformité d'où on a relever les écarts, ensuite on rédiger un rapport qui englobe tout les écarts et ces origines. A la fin pour faciliter le travail on a proposer un plan d'action qui corrige, analyse la situation de ces écarts (type d'audit, structure, date, auditeur,…..) et donne des solutions a ces dernières.

Abstract In this memory whose title is: development of an internal audit about the operationatechnical sides, we prepare a questionnaire of control which touches two standards the FLIGHT and the DISPATCH that chose, then one has to apply it has all services DISPATCH from Algeria airlines to know the level of conformity from where one has to raise of the frauds, then one to write a report/ratio which includes all the variations and these origins. At the end to facilitate work one has to propose an action plan which correctsanalyzes the situation of these variations (type of audit, structure, date, listener ...) and givesolutions has these last.
