dc.description.abstract | SUMMARY The uterine prolapsus in the cow is a pathology frequently met and its appearance is favored in the majority of the cases by a vêlage dystocic (50%). With an aim of knowing the factors predisposing as well as the conduct of the veterinary surgeons experts, we made a questionnaire being used for an investigation into ground by the fellow-members experts of the area of Ain Defla. Cows of the dairy type (77%) and multipares (70%) are exposed to present a prolapsus and generally, associated with metabolic diseases(30%). Most of the time the veterinary surgeon expert is called after 24 hours, its control has to hold in front of the case consists of a repositioning without having recourse to the epidural anesthesia and practice the delivery. The maintenance of the reduction is carried out by carrying out joinings(57%). The complications met are in particular the hemorrhages, the métrites and the pyrometer.
