Un outil support à la modélisation de systèmes de gestion basés sur le modèle KELADA

Abstract

Afin d’achever le cycle de master académique au sein de L’Université SAAD DAHLAB Blida nous avons réalisé un mémoire de fin d’étude qui a comme objectif : la réalisation d’une approche méthodique qui pourrait aider le gestionnaire et les spécialistes dans les divers domaines de la gestion des entreprises, lors de la conception, de l'implantation ou de la modification d'un système de gestion ou de l'une de ses composantes. Nous nous sommes servis d'un exemple concernant la gestion dans un secteur de l'entreprise. Nous avons examiné les activités d'un service des stages, nous avons identifié en suivant cet exemple les différents systèmes qui forment le système de gestion, à savoir le système opérationnel, le système de pilotage et d'information ainsi que le système hiérarchique de décision. Nous avons cité aussi des systèmes connexes (supports) qui supportent le système de gestion, soit le système informatique et le système de prise de décision. Nous avons couronné ce travail par la conception d’un outil support à la modélisation d’un système de gestion basé sur le modèle Kélada, cet outil permet à l’utilisateur en premier lieu d’illustrer tous les systèmes dans un seul schéma afin d’avoir une meilleure vue d’ensemble (une vision globale claire) et bien évidemment mettre en valeur les liens entre les systèmes. Par ailleurs, l’outil réalisé permet aussi un apprentissage facile du modèle Kélada. In order to obtain our academic master's degree course at SAAD DAHLAB Blida University, we have completed a dissertation which aims to: the setup of a methodical approach that could help the managers and the specialists in the various areas of business management, when designing, implementing or modifying a management system or any of its components. We applied an example of management in one area of the business. We examined the activities of an internship service. Moreover, we have identified, following this example, the different systems that make up the management system, namely, the operational system, the steering and information system as well as the hierarchical decision system. We also mentioned related systems that support the management system, the computer system and the decision-making system. We succeeded to design a support tool for modelling a management system based on the Kélada model. This tool allows the user first to illustrate all systems in a single form in order to have a better and clearer overview and obviously highlight the links between the systems. Furthermore, the tool also allows easy learning of the model Kelada. Keywords: System, Kélada Model, Operational System, Piloting System, Information System, Hierarchical Decision System, Support Systems. من أجل إكمال دورة درجة الماستر الأكادمية في جامعة سعد دحلب البليدة ، أكملنا أطروحتنا النهائية التي تهدف إلي تحقيق منهج يمكن أن يساعد المدراء و المتخصيصن في مختلف مجالات إدارة الأعمال عند تصميم أو تنفيذ أو تعديل أي نظام إدارة أو أحد مكوناته كما إستخدمنا مثالا للإدارة في مجال واحد من الأعمال . لقد درسنا أنشطة خدمة التدريب و حددنا بعد هذا المثال ، الأنظمة المختلفة التي يتكون منها نظام الإدارة ، أي النظام التشغيلي و نظام التوجيه و المعلومات و نظام التسلسل الهرمي ، ذكرنا أيضا الأنظمة ذات الصلة التي تدعم نظام الإدارة منها نظام الكمبيوتر و نظام اتخاذ القرار. ووفقنا كذلك الي تصميم أداة دعم لنموذج نظام إدارة يعتمد علي نموذج Kélada هذه الأداة تتيح للمستخدم أولا توضيح جميع الأنظمة في مخطط واحد من أجل الحصول علي نظرة عامة وواضحة وتسليط الضوء علي الروابط بين الأنظمة كما أنه يتيح تعريف سهل لنموذج Kélada كلمات البحث : النظام ، النظام التشغيلي ، نظام معلومات النظام ، نظام التسلسل هرمي ، أنظمة الدعم ، نموذج كيلادا.
