dc.description.abstract | Table des matières Mastering the programming and control of servo motors has become an urgent necessity for thedevelopment of the industrial sector. In this context, our work focuses on studying how to control and program the axes of a precision parts and gear manufacturing machine, by adding an additional axis toaddress issues of component wear and lack of precision in production. To achieve this, we utilized a servo motor and servo drive from FANUC, along with the GE 90-30 seriesprogrammable logic controller (PLC) from General Electric for programming. This report presents thevarious steps we have taken to successfully execute this project, as well as the challenges encountered during its implementation in the field. We have successfully completed the first stage of this project and hope that our work will contribute tothe development of more precise and reliable industrial machines to meet the current needs of theindustry. | fr_FR |
