In this work, we are interested in the simulation of an organic light-emitting diode. The objective of this thesis is to study the electrical and optical properties of organic lightemitting diodes. The numerical simulation of the OLED allowed us to extract the characteristics of current density-voltage J-V, Light power-voltage P-V. The study aimed the effect of the variation, the density of defects in the two layers HTL and ETL, also the object of our study is the optimization of the thickness of the component on the performances of the diode. ; namely: spatial distribution of singlet-type excitons, the Langevin recombination rate. The results, by studying the electrical and optical properties obtained from this simulation, indicate the balance that operates between the injection and transmission mechanisms ensures good performance of OLED structures.fr_FR
