dc.description.abstractThe objective of our work is to carry out a study of the therapeutic effect of an antifungal milk based on essential oils of absinthe and olive leaves in order to treat the disease of onychomycosis of the toenails. The formulation of an O/W type milk based on essential oils extracted by microwave-assisted distillation was carried out using experimental plans. Milks showing stability were retained. The rheological behavior as well as the viscosity of these milks were determined. The study of the therapeutic effect of hydrosols and milks based on essential oils of absinthe and olive leaves by pharmacological tests have shown a fairly significant anti-bacterial and anti-fungal effect.fr_FR
