ETUDE DES MEDICAMENTS DISPENSES A TITRE AMBULATOIRE EN HEMATOLOGIE

Abstract

L'hématologie est une discipline médicale essentielle au sein des centres hospitaliers universitaires.Ce mémoire se concentre sur la dispensation des médicaments en ambulatoire dans le domaine d’hématologie, en se basant sur une étude réalisée au CHU Blida. L’étude aborde deux volets pratiques. Le premier volet cliniqueoùnous avons observé et participé en collaboration avec les pharmaciens à la dispensation ambulatoire des médicaments de la classe d’hématologie. Le deuxième volet logistique qui aborde la gestion de médicaments ambulatoire par une étude rétrospective des année 2020,2021et 2022, et étude prospective pour l’année 2023. Dans le cadre de notre pratique, nous avons également élaboré des flyers contenant des conseils destinés aux patients, qui sont distribués lors de la délivrance des médicaments. Cette initiative vise à fournir aux patients des informations claires et utiles pour une meilleure compréhension de leurs traitements. Abstract Hematology is an essential medical discipline in university hospitals. This thesis focuses on the dispensing of drugs in outpatients in the field of hematology, based on a study carried out at the University Hospital of Blida. The study covers two practical aspects. The first clinical component where we observed and participated in collaboration with pharmacists in the outpatient dispensing of drugs in the hematology class. The second logistics component which addresses the management of outpatient medication through a retrospective study of the years 2020, 2021 and 2022, and a prospective study for the year 2023. As part of our practice, we have also developed flyers containing advice intended for patients, which are distributed when the drugs are dispensed. This initiative aims to provide patients with clear and useful information for a better understanding of their treatments.
