Les infections fongiques du pied diabétique (Aspect théorique)

Abstract

Introduction : Le diabétique et plus précisément le pied du diabétique est particulièrement exposé aux Complications infectieuses notamment mycosiques. Même superficielle, une infection fongique est considérée comme un facteur de gravité chez le diabétique. Sujet : Dans ce travail nous avons essayé de résumer au mieux les différentes infections fongiques qui touchent le diabétique et particulièrement le pied avec ses multiples aspects cliniques. Nous avons traité la partie diagnostic mycologique qui est une étape indispensable permettant d’identifier précisément l’espèce à l’origine de l’infection et de proposer au patient le traitement adéquat. Ainsi que, le schéma thérapeutique suivi en fonction de la localisation de ces mycoses. Conculsion : La prise en charge des mycoses du pied chez le diabétique repose sur plusieurs points cardinaux : Une éducation du patient qui passe par une compréhension de la maladie, l’hygiène, l’éviction des facteurs favorisants, ainsi que les mesures préventives, une suspicion d’infection fongique doit être confirmée par un prélèvement mycologique afin d’instaurer un traitement adéquat. Topic: In this work we have tried to best summarize the various fungal infections that affect the diabetic and especially the foot with its multiple clinical aspects. We have treated the mycological diagnostic part which is an indispensable step allowing to precisely identify the species at the origin of the infection and to propose to the patietheappropriate treatment. As well as, the treatment regimen followed according to the locations ofthese fungi. Conculsion: Management of foot fungi in diabetics is based on several points cardinals: A patient education that goes through an understanding of disease, hygiene,the removal of favouring factors, as well as preventive measures,A suspicion of fungal infection must be confirmed by a mycological sample in order to provide adequate treatment
