ETUDE PR OSPECTIVE POUR L'ELABORATION D'UN THESAUR US DE STABILITE DES ANTICANCEREUX RECONSTITUES

Abstract

Les anticancéreux inje tables sont des médicaments très délicats qui posent beaucoup de problèmes asepsie, problèmes de seuil thérapeutique étroit, problème de cherté du édicament et problème de toxicité, leur manipulation est l'un des processus à aut risque de bio-contamination. Dans notre travail, nous avons fait une rec erche prospective quant à la possibilité d'élaborer un thésaurus de stabilité de médicaments anticancéreux après reconstitution dans les unités de soins. Pou cela, nous avons fait une analyse critique de la littérature scientifique. n effet, 16 génériques sont utilisés en Algérie, fabriqués par les laboratoires sui ants (Cipla, Ebewe, El Kendi, Intas-Pharmaceutical Limited, Korea United harm, Mylan, Lemery). L'analyse de la faisabilité d'extrapolation des données de littérature publiées pour certaines DCI ne nous a pas permis d'exploiter es données de recherche pour cause d'un manque d'information dans les CP de ces fabricants.
