Abstract

Le besoin est la mère de l'invention. Besoin de guérir, c'est inventer un remède. Composé de matières naturelles ou synthétiques, le remède perd son efficacité au fil du temps par dégradation de ces matières. C'est le concept de médicament et médicament périmé. Dans une officine, pour éviter de tomber dans une péremption, il faut bien gérer les médicaments. Mais une fois tomber dans une péremption, une réglementation a été mise en place au niveau national comme international décrivant les procédures nécessaires pour une meilleure élimination de ces médicaments périmés avec le moins de dégâts possible sur la santé humaine comme sur l'environnement ; et avec le moindre coût. Actuellement, le meilleur moyen d'élimination c' est « l'incinération ».
