PROFIL DE CONSOMMATION DES ANTICANCÉREUX : Expérience du CHU de Blida.

Abstract

Dans le cadre de la contribution à l'amélioration de la qualité des soins en milieu hospitalier ; nous avons effectué une étude rétrospective au niveau de la pharmacie centrale de CHU Frantz Fanon de Blida qui décrit le circuit des anticancéreux en se basant sur les mouvements de ces molécules sur une période de deux années allant de Janvier 2015 jusqu'à Décembre 2016. Nos résultats ont révélé que les médicaments anticancéreux présentent la classe la plus consommée par rapport aux autres classes des médicaments. L'analyse de la consommation des anticancéreux a montré une irrégularité dans la consommation des antimétabolites qui peut s'expliquer par le cout, la toxicité et les ruptures. En conclusion, des recommandations ont été proposé afin de contribuer à l'amélioration du fonctionnement de la pharmacie centrale et la bonne gestion des médicaments anticancéreux en milieu hospitalier pour garantir des soins de qualité aux patients cancéreux. Summary: As part of the contribution to the improvement of the quality of care in the hospital; we conducted a retrospective study of the level of the central pharmacy of CHU Frantz Fanon in Blida who described the circuit of cancer drugs based on the movements of these molecules over a period of two years from January 2015 until December 2016. Our results revealed that cancer drugs are the most consumed class compared to other class drugs. Analysis of consumption of the cancer showed an irregularity in the consumption of the antimetabolites which can be explained by the cost, toxicity and breakups. In conclusion, recommendations were proposed in order to contribute to the improvement of the functioning of the central pharmacy and cancer drugs in hospital management to ensure the quality care to cancer patients.
