Abstract

Résumé Dans le domaine du transport aérien, il est certain que le risque zéro n’existe pas, d’autant plus que ce dernier est sensible aux actes illicites et aux accidents. Pour lutter efficacement contre ledit domaine, l’OACI a élaboré le document de l’annexe 17 intitulé SURETE et le document de l’annexe 19 intitulé SYSTEME DE GESTION DE SECURITE. Pour plus de clarté, elle y a rajouté Le Manuel de sûreté de l’aviation (Doc 8973) et la (Doc8959). L’objectif principal de ce mémoire consiste à apporter une contribution méthodologique à la gestion du risque au sein de TASSILI AIRLINES. Maintenir un niveau de sureté et sécurité acceptable est primordial. C’est pour cela que dans ce mémoire notre étude portera sur la conception d’un système automatisé pour gérer et analyser les risques liés à la sureté et la sécurité Abstract: In aerial, it is certain that the risk zero does not exist, especially since air transport is sensitive to illegal acts and accidents; to fight efficiently against these latter,( ICAO ) has prepared the Annex 17 document ,SAFETY, and the Annex 19 SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM document For further clarity, the ICAO Safety Manual has been added. Maintaining an acceptable level of safety and security is of paramount importance. Therefore, in this thesis, our study will focus on the conception of an automated system to manage and analyze risks related to safety and security. ملخص: في الطیران، من المؤكد أن الخطر المنعدم لا وجود لھ، خاصة وأن النقل الجوي حساس للحوادث وللأفعال وغیر القانونیة. وقد أعدت منظمة الطیران المدني الدولي وثیقة الملحق رقم 17، SAFETY ،ووثیقة الملحق 19 لإدارة السلامة. وللمزید من الوضوح، تمت إضافة دلیل سلامة (Doc8959).و) Doc 8973) الایكاو الھدف الرئیسي من ھذه الأطروحة ھو تقدیم مساھمة منھجیة لإدارة المخاطر داخل مؤسسة طاسیلي لطیران الجوي. إن الحفاظ على مستوى مقبول من السلامة والأمان لھ أھمیة قصوى لذلك ھذه الدراسة سوف تركز على تصمیم نظام آلي لإدارة وتحلیل المخاطر المتعلقة بالسلامة والأمن.
