| dc.description.abstract | This work focuses on the degradation of a signal transmitted via a satellite channel, caused by the nonlinearity of amplifiers, such as the TOP (progressive wave tube ), which often works near the saturation point. It introduces the nonlinear distortions in amplitude and.phase. To overcome this problem, we propose the use of a Reed Solomon code concatenated with a convolutional code that are robust given the ability to correct transmission errors. Simulation results have shown that this type of concatenated codes is robust to the ability to correct transmission errors via a satellite channel non-linear | fr_FR |
