Implémentation d’un système de surveillence PSR au niveau de l’aérodrome d’Oran

Abstract

Résumé La circulation des aéronefs autour d'un aérodrome s'inscrit dans un contexte dynamique qui exige l'interprétation continue d'informations de la part des pilotes et des contrôleurs. A partir de cette interprétation, le contrôleur se construit une représentation de la situation qui lui permet d'anticiper les évolutions du trafic et de planifier des actions. Cependant, les intervenants peuvent avoir des représentations différentes de la réalité qui peuvent conduire à une défaillance dans la sécurité aérienne. Face à la variété, la densité et la complexité du trafic évoluant dans la circulation d'aérodrome, au niveau de l'aérodrome Ahmed Ben Bella d'Oran; les systèmes déjà disponibles pour prévenir les situations dangereuses demeurent limités. Pour y remédieron a abordé dans notre sujet l'implémentation du Radar Primaire et ce que cela apportera au contrôle de la circulation aérienne au niveau de la TMA d'Oran en générale et au niveau du contrôle d'approche et du control d'aérodrome en particulier, en passant à au control et guidage radar au lieu des procédures classique employées actuellement. Permettant par cela une meilleure fluidité du trafic tout en prévenant la sécurité de la circulation aérienne.

Abstract The circulation of the aircraft around an aerodrome falls under a dynamic context which requires a continues interpretation of an informations between the pilots and controllers. From this interpretation, the controller builds a representation of the situation which enables him to anticipate the evolutions of the traffic and to plan actions. However, the controller can have representations different from reality which can lead to a failure in air safety. The density and the complexity of the traffic evolving in the circulation of aerodrome Ahmed Ben Bella/Oran; than the systems already available to prevent the dangerous situations remain limited. Why we chooses in our subject to propose the implementation of the Primary Radar PSR and what that will bring to the air traffic control to the Oran's TMA in general and to the approach's control and the aerodrome's control in particular, while passing to the control and guidance radar instead of the classical procedures currently employed.Allowing by that a better traffic circulation while preventing the security of the air traffic.
