Premature rupture of membranes (RPM) is a break-in of the amnion and the chorion, with a solution of continuity between the contents of the sterile amniotic cavity and the contents of the cervix and non-sterile vagina 1-3]
. There are two major risks to management : the maternal-fetal infectious risk and the risk of prematurity which is fetal. The behavior to take in such a situation is not the same in our maternity wards. We propose a
study of the management of PRM in di erent maternity hospitals according to their level of care.
