Planification d’une nouvelle zone terminale en fonction d’une plate-forme de correspndance « Hub »

Abstract

Résumé La plupart des compagnies aériennes ont une base d'opération principale, c’est l'aéroport où se situent leurs installations de maintenance des avions. Cette base est souvent utilisée comme plaque tournante principale dite « Hub ». Comme tenu l’évolution du volume du trafic passager due à l’adoption de l’idée du hub au niveau de l’aéroport d’Alger par les compagnies aériennes influence sur le cadre règlementaire aérien du pays, des études de réalisation d’une nouvelle zone aérogare d’une capacité de 10 millions de passagers par an sur l’aéroport ont été lancées sur le moyen terme (2008-2018). En fonction des besoins exprimés par la SGSIA et conformément aux normes des grands aéroports modernes comme (CDG), le présent mémoire portera sur une étude de planification et de dimensionnement des surfaces sensibles afin d’assurer le bon fonctionnement de l’aérogare en période de transit (Temps Minimum de Coordination) et le traitement de passagers et de leurs bagages dans les conditions satisfaisantes de qualité de service. Deux éléments sont analysés plus en détail : la configuration du terminal qui convienne pour accueillir la partie correspondance ainsi son fonctionnement approprié à cette réflexion et la planification horaire des rendez-vous de transit.

Abstract Most of airlines have a main operating base, it is the airport where their maintenance installation of its aircrafts are located in it. This operating base is often used as main hub. As required the evolution of passenger traffic due to the adoption of Hub’s idea at the Algiers airport by airlines influences on air regulatory framework of the country, the realization of studies of new terminal with 10 million passengers per year of capacity at the airport was launched in the medium term (2008-2018). According to the needs expressed by the SGSIA, and in conformance to the standards of the big modern airports like (CDG),the research will be about the study of planning and size of sensitive surfaces which be able to insure a good function of the air-terminal during transit (Minimum Coordinating Time) and the processing of passengers and their baggage in satisfactory conditions of quality service. Two elements are analyzed in more detail: The configuration of terminal suitable to host the correspondence part and its proper functioning to this reflection, schedule’s planning appointments of transit.
